We understand that your hard-earned money matters, and we want to make sure you know what to expect in case you’ve received a faulty or incorrect order.
Product Warranty:
All our products come with a three-year warranty covering stitching, edging, and leather quality. If there is any issue with stitching or edge paint, we offer free repairs. You’ll need to send the product back to us, and we’ll handle everything else, including reshipping at no extra cost. For leather defects, we provide free replacements.
Returns:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, we’re happy to send you a replacement using the same shipping method as your original purchase.
If you’d like to exchange your item for another, a handling and reshipping fee of PKR 300 will apply, and our courier will take care of the exchange process.
Changed your mind or received an unwanted gift? No worries. Contact us at info@velvista.pk within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you with a return or exchange.
Your order qualifies for a return or refund if:
• The product is unused and undamaged.
• The product is not personalized (personalized items are final sale).
• It’s returned in the original packaging.
• You cover the return shipping cost.

• Share clear pictures of the product and packaging to confirm it is unused.
For added protection, please insure all returns with a tracking number or shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items we don’t receive and cannot issue refunds for unreceived products.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 14 business days of the return. A restocking fee of PKR 500/- will apply if you opt not to receive a replacement.
